As soon as your order is placed, we are hard at work creating and packaging your jewelry. Due to the slow-batch production process, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. All orders are shipped Ground Advantage via USPS. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages once they have shipped. In the rare event you incur any shipping issues, please contact USPS directly.
